Booking & Service Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth and fair scheduling for all our clients, please review the following booking policies:
Policy Information:
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed via email or SMS once scheduled.
For recurring cleans, you’ll receive reminder notifications 24–48 hours in advance.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
3. Cancellations
-
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
-
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
-
No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
4. Access to Property
Please ensure someone is available to let the cleaner in or provide access instructions in advance (e.g., key safe code).
If access is not possible upon arrival and no prior arrangements were made, this will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
5. Payment
Payment is due when booking the service.
For recurring services, you may choose automatic payments (we’ll set this up securely).
6. Running Late?
If you're running late or need to adjust something last minute, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate.
7. Weather & Emergency Policy
In rare cases of severe weather or emergencies, we may reschedule your booking. You’ll be contacted in advance and offered the next available slot.
8. Cleaner Safety & Property Conditions
To protect the health and safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the property contains any of the following:

-
Illegal drugs, weapons, or paraphernalia (including needles)
-
Unsanitary items NOT in waste bins, such as used condoms, tampons, or bodily fluids
-
Dangerous environments, including biohazard risks or excessive filth
-
Active pest infestations (e.g. rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs)
-
Aggressive behaviour, threatening language, or unsafe conditions

If any of the above are encountered, the cleaner will leave immediately and the full service fee will still apply. Additional charges may be issued to cover hazard-related disruption or replacement costs.
